For an international manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced Interim Senior Director, Digital, who can create direction, stability and progress in a global IT and Digital organization. You will have a clear mandate to strengthen daily operations and cybersecurity, professionalize the organization and accelerate a major global ERP program. At the same time, an important part of the assignment will be to create calm and commitment as well as clear priorities in the organization towards the appointment of a more permanent Senior Director, Digital.

Duration: 6 months
Location: Northwest Jutland – with the option to work up to 2 days/week from home
The Client
Our client is an international industrial company with advanced manufacturing activities and a strong focus on sustainability, innovation and resource optimization. The company serves customers in several markets worldwide.
The Assignment
Reporting to Group CFO, you will be responsible for a global IT and Digital function with approx. 50 employees and three direct reports.
Your most important tasks in this interim assignment will be to:
- assess the current organisation, the management team and the critical competencies
- create clear roles, governance and responsibilities across IT, data, AI, architecture and cybersecurity
- develop IT & Digital as a strong and business-oriented partner for the organization
- ensure a smooth transition and handover to the upcoming permanent Senior Director, Digital.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced IT and Digital Manager with solid management experience from a large international organization.
You have experience with global IT operations and digital transformation, and preferably larger ERP programs. If you have experience from a manufacturing company with several sites, it is definitely an advantage.
You are good at creating clarity and progress and it is important that you can communicate technological issues so that they become clear business choices for the company.
You both thrive and have experience working closely with the CFO, Executive Management and managers across an organization.
