We have an exciting Interim assignment for a Supply Chain Manager who thrives in an international environment.

The Company
Our Client is an international tech company with HQ in Copenhagen. The company employs approx. 150 employees in US, Europe and China. They design and manufacture ergonomic pc equipment and are quite successful within this niche with a three-digit range revenue and impressive profitability. Production is located in China.
The Assignment
With reference to the Group CFO in Denmark, the Interim Supply Chain Manager has the responsibility for every stage of the supply chain flow, from purchasing raw materials to delivery of the final product in collaboration with a team of 2 ½ FTE.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Own and drive the S&OP process – Improve the forecast process, capacity planning and long-term production planning.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production and Customer Service teams and ensure alignment of these.
- Planning and follow-up of production needs & purchase disposition.
- Regular analysis of stock/SKU in order to secure optimal inventory levels.
- Plan and coordinate inbound logistics from suppliers.
- Participate in developing the processes and tools in the Order Management team.
- Close cooperation with 3PL partner and development of IT and processes linked to the companies. Also ensure transparent SOPs and SLAs with 3PL partner.
Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced specialist or manager in supply chain/logistics/planning, with experience preferably from a small or medium-sized company with an international value chain e.g. with production (own or external partner) in China.
- Experience with developing, maintaining and coordinating an international supply chain, logistics and planning processes.
- Experience with production and capacity planning and the S&OP process.
- Experience with analysing optimal inventory levels.
- Understanding of the daily operations and the ERP system. Our client uses Dynamics and soon Business Central.
- Experience with leading projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to cooperate with people all over the world.
The right candidate probably has a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field.
