Duration: 18-24 months
Location: Office in Greater Copenhagen – there will be overseas travelling. (Working from home from time to time is possible)
The Client
A prominent International Company within the financial sector, offering a wide range of services in several European countries.
The Assignment
Due to an upcoming transformation, they need an Interim CHRO to assist and lead the project with the ability to create bridges with all stakeholders. You report directly to the Nordic CEO and with your previously successful performance skills, you manage transformation plans in a smooth and controlled way. It is not a “must”, that you have worked in the financial sector, if you possess experience with cross-border transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with unions and sign agreements throughout the duration of the plan, particularly the first year.
- Monitors and manage the change/management plan in all the different services/workstreams, relating to HR.
- Manage and keep deadlines for the transformation plan, for all key people and replace them on interim basis (perm basis when needed) in case of departure.
- Control social risks and ensure business continuity on the people side.
Your Qualifications
You possess a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent MSc/BSc or similar with at least 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably HR comprehensive knowledge, across multiple HR domains.
You also:
- Possess professional HR legislation knowledge, project and change management skills.
- Have solid experience in workforce management in DK and SWE and strong practice of social relations and union negotiations.
- Perform successful with organizational management, talent development, and has the ability to identify corporate culture issues.
Your personality
- Operational and problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle conflicts.
- Good at communicating at all levels and when necessary great negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English. Scandinavian a plus.
- Thrives with frequent business travels as Managers are expected to distribute time and focus between the various Nordic offices/units.
