The Client
An International Danish founded retail company, covering approx. 20 countries. The head quarter is in Greater Copenhagen, and you will experience colleagues with a creative mindset, passion and good at their craft.

The Assignment
This creative role also covers working with accounting, closed books, booked salaries – benefit – social costs –ex-pat contracts – split contracts.

Also:

  • Counting/financial processes knowledge/system knowledge
  • Payment/salary process and system experienced/international scope.
  • Knows and has delt with local providers of salary solutions.
  • Understand accounting well/have worked cross-functional in an international environment.
  • No need for behavioural science background – important is accounting experience on senior level.

Your Qualifications
We are looking for the Controller HR who has experience from a smaller international company and has seen and done it all cross departments / divisions and countries. Perhaps you have been a junior CFO. Your solid experience enables you to lift the special role.

You also possess:

  • Strong leadership skills who naturally makes people perform
  • Great communication experience, building relationships and influencing leaders.
  • Had success with implementing structure and processes.
  • Great Excel, PowerPoint, and English skills.
