On behalf of our customer, we are looking for an experienced Salary Manager with the overall day-to-day responsibility for the salary management and reporting.

Start: A.S.A.P.
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Location: Central Jutland

The Assignment
The Salary Manager will have an important collaboration role with the staff to secure continuity and a stable service until a permanent solution has been found and a potential handover process can be completed. This will involve close collaboration with all colleagues. The Salary Manager will report to the HR Manager.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Registration of change of employees
  • Registered hours and salary period
  • Correct registered absence
  • Transformation of information from Workforce to Lessor PM
  • Correct imported Tax records
  • Registered employee purchases
  • Reporting to tax authorities
  • Reconciliation of vacation balance and recreation
  • Reporting to Danmarks Statistik
  • Simulation of salary run
  • Reconciliation of regulatory reimbursements
  • Salary details registered in the ERP
  • Ad hoc tasks

Professional Profile
The right candidate has a minimum of 8 years’ experience from working as responsible for a salary department in similar companies, including:

  • Experience with all relevant tasks in a salary department servicing minimum 200 employees – both white and blue collar (around 50/50) as well as short term hired employees
  • Experience from working in international companies.
  • Good experience with statutory reporting (tax, social charges, Danmarks Statistik etc.)
  • Good knowledge of and experience with labor market agreements and regulation
  • Experience with developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures within salary management.
  • Good general IT competencies – in particular strong Excel competences and experience.
  • Experience with Lessor and Workforce will be a distinct advantage

The right candidate probably has a Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
