The Company
Our client is an International Group with subsidiaries in the Nordics. The Group is a market leader in specialty materials (Adhesive Solutions, Advanced Materials and Coating Solutions) with a turnover of 8 Billion EUR, and the Group employs >18.000 people in 50 countries, where of 220 are in the Nordics, with Headquarter in Copenhagen and locations in Jutland and Sweden.

The Assignment
The Interim CFO will be part of the Nordic Senior Management Team reporting to the Nordic CEO and Group CFO. The CFO will be responsible for the overall accounting and reporting requirements in the Nordics with a team of 8 direct reports.

Key deliverables:

  • Implementation of new ERP (Navision upgrade)
  • Implementation and improvement of accounting policies in compliance with Group reporting
  • Developing a modern and up to date finance function, with focus on transparency and Business Partnering

The activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reporting and consolidation of the Nordic Region
  • Providing continuity and professional management of the Finance organization
  • Contribute to further business development and profitability according to established strategies

The Candidate
We are looking for a hands-on leader with a proven track record as CFO in an industrial environment, in a company of at least same size and complexity as the Nordic Region.

  • Experience from working in an International Group, and fluent English at negotiation level.
  • Experience with building and stabilizing finance organizations.
  • Strong skills within reporting and corporate compliance.
